I need a fun, energetic workout to add to my tri training. Groups works the best for me-I tend to work harder when challenged by a peer.
I know most people sign in your boot camp for healh purposes, loosing weight, and most of all because they need the support of a group to acomplish their goals, but for myself is more for RELAXING purposes, I need to do something for myself, ever since I have my baby I haven’t had the time to take care of myself. I want to be as helthy as I can for my family and most important have the energy to keep up the rest of the day. Just going for a walk clears my mind, I can’t imagine what a good workout could do.

Boot camp helped me kick start my workout and weight loss regime. Since then, I have lost over 30lbs. A couple months ago with only 9lbs to go, I reached a plateau I have not been able to get past. Boot camp would be a great way to break the plateau and reach my goal since it is where it all started.
My goal is to lose weight in a fun supportive group atmosphere. I can’t wait to watch my body transform. For me, bootcamp would be more intense than going to a gym. I look forward to doing different exercises each day. Thanks
I have struggled for almost 3 years to lose the weight I gained from my pregnancy.. It has been a tough road for me! I am depressed about the way I look each time I start with a diet or excersice routine I lose my stigma.. so I joined your boot camp class and I was doinfg fine until I got sick and stopped going. Now I am in the same place unhappy with myself and in need of motivation to feel great about myself. I have changed my eating habits but there is still the motivation factor missing… This class would definetely be beneficial to me and I will have the motivation that I so desperately need. I look forward to excercising with you and the group:)
I need a fun routine to motivate me for exercising and I know your boot camp will not only get me fit, but strong, toned and help me finally get a good nights sleep because it will relieve my stress that has been going on for several years.
I need an early workout in a group setting. Structure works best for me. Carlos always has such great workouts. I am happier after an early workout. Sleep comes easy after a great workout early in the morning.
Doctor’s Orders!!!! I am pre-diabetic and as a matter of life and death…I need to get healthy and lose weight!! I love what I hear from friends about “Boot Camp” and how it has changed their lives!!

I’ve been running on my own for a few years now and really enjoy it, particularly because I love to be outside. But I’m interested in a group workout, such as this bootcamp, because I think it will push me and motivate me to take my workout and my health to the next level. Thanks!

Pre-diabetic, knees hurt, back aches, never lost the baby weight (3 years ago…) what else can I say? I am desparate and feel hopeless…But ready to make some changes.
I am a mom of three (youngest is 11 months today!) I love my kids more than anything and also love to workout. Getting away to workout as long and hard as I’d like is so challenging, and I’ve certainly taken every opportunity I’ve had to workout. I have a goal though….would love to have the last 10 lbs of baby weight gone by the end of summer (while my baby is just barely one year) and would love to reach my goal with other women in bootcamp and a place to go everyday. I feel like it could help get me the breakthrough I need!
I have started getting in shape, but could use some expert guidance and I also like working out with a group. I am turnIng 40 in January and I want to do a 5K before I get there. Help me be fit by 40!
A year off from you all….what was I thinking?? Oh how I need to get my a$$ back in gear! Plain and simple – get me out of my couch potato mode!

For how long now have I been watching you and your “gang”….I really would love to be apart of it rather than the spectator!! It looks great and when you had that “bring a friend”aturday AM ,Tona brought me and WOW…good workout!! Enjoy the sunshine.

I started training with you earlier this year, but then everything had to come to a halt in order to tend to my knee injury. After lots of rehab and little “real” exercise, I find myself feeling weak and bummed that I can’t do the stuff that I used to do. I am a little lost in my workouts, having to adapt to my knee and to make it stronger.
I am getting married in two months, and would love to get my body in to the best shape that I can in that time. I KNOW that your bootcamp kicks some serious butt—and with the support of you and all of the wonderful ladies I would feel motivated and encouraged to get me and my knee moving again–I want to feel strong and confident walking down that aisle–towards this new and exciting chapter of my life! Lets get buff!
Ugh. My unpredictable work schedule that keeps me from having a consistent activity schedule. Now I’m more sendentary than ever. I changed everything so I can now be home in the evenings and would love to get back to the San Ramon school, which is right near home. I also want to get out of my office and the gym and get outdoors.
Boot camp is like therapy, but better. I started boot camp with Carlos a few years ago when my husband decided to leave our marriage. I was sad, angry, frightened, confused and needed a place to work through all of my emotions. Working out with Carlos and the crew not only provided me with a healthy stress reducer during my emotional transition, but also gave me strength, energy and overall better health. I’ve been away for a bit and it’s time to reconnect to 5:30am pavement, crisp air and Carlos’ encouraging words. MAKE IT HAPPEN!
